Repeat is now part of the PlayStation family! We’re excited to share more updates in the future, but here are some answers to questions you might have. Read more on our blog.

Repeat was acquired by SIE. What does this mean for Repeat?

We will have access to more resources, game titles, and technology, which will allow us to grow the team to push Repeat in directions that we had never thought would be possible.

This will allow us to grow Repeat significantly over the next couple of years with plenty of new features, continuing our mission to become synonymous with esports by creating a home where everyone has a chance to compete and win.

Will anything with Payouts/Withdrawals change?

In the immediate future, nothing will be changing, but please stay tuned as we continue evaluating opportunities to improve the user experience.

Will this affect my Repeat account balance?

No. Your balance will remain the same and untouched.

Will any rules change within the tournaments?

We do expect to be doing a full revamp, and adding more transparency and clarity regarding the tournament rules. Please stay tuned for more details in the future.

Will all tournaments that Playstation run happen on Repeat.gg? E.g. Evo, Fortnite PlayStation event, Fighting games?

No, current PlayStation events and activations will remain independent of Repeat and we will be working with them in the future as opportunities arise.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can register for an account by clicking here or click the Sign Up button from the menu anywhere on the website.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO SIGN UP TO REPEAT.GG?

Repeat.gg is 100% free to sign up and there are no monthly subscription charges.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ME TO PLAY?

Playing on Repeat.gg is Free. We provide a free currency called coins that you can earn, just by logging in every day. If you wish to earn more, then visit the earn coins page and check out all the different ways you can earn it. You can also earn big on Repeat.gg and play for real cash. Get started today!

IS THIS SITE SECURE?

At Repeat.gg we take security very seriously. Our website is hosted on AWS(Amazon Web Services) and protected behind several firewalls. All sensitive data is transmitted through high-grade 256-bit encryption to protect against interception. All financial data and transactions are handled by PayPal and Stripe, which are industry leaders in this field.

WHY IS MY STATE NOT LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE?

Repeat.gg is not legal in every state. If you live in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, and Washington you may not play video games for cash prizes. These laws are rapidly changing so please check back soon, as the law changes, we will open up the site to the new states.

WHAT TYPE OF INTERNET CONNECTION DO I NEED TO PLAY?

We recommend that you have at the very least a stable broadband connection, so you are able to achieve a good connection to the server. Play at your own risk if your internet is unstable or does not meet the minimum requirements.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY?

Players of all skill levels, from all around the world are welcome on Repeat.gg. To play for real cash you must be at least 18 years of age and if you are a resident of Alabama or Nebraska you must be 19 years of age. Users who are under the age of 18 may play in free tournaments with cash/coin prizes and coin-entry tournaments with coin prizes. There may be some other geographic restrictions that apply depending on the laws of your state, province or country. IS REPEAT.GG LEGAL?

Because the games being played on Repeat.gg are games of skill and not of chance, it is legal. However, there are a few states within the United States where participation in skill-based video games for cash prizes is considered illegal. If you live in the following states you may not play for cash prizes on Repeat.gg; Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington.

Repeat.gg supports the top multiplayer games on Playstation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, and PC.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?

You are only allowed to register one account on Repeat.gg. If we find out that you have multiple accounts, you will be in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Multiple account holders will risk the loss and termination of any extra accounts as well as lost funds due to termination and violation of our Terms and Conditions.

WHERE CAN I GET THE LATEST NEWS ABOUT REPEAT.GG?

We will be posting regularly to our blogs about new features, games and updates coming to the website. This can all be seen on our news portion of the website. Check it out!

HOW DO I ENTER FORTNITE TOURNAMENTS?

Now that we have online Fortnite tournaments available, here’s a quick video on everything you need to know to enter the tournament. One specific item is making sure your Fortnite career leaderboard stats is toggled to “on,” which we show you how to do in this video.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY LOCATION?

To change your country or state you must provide customer support with a copy of your identification to confirm your new address. This document must have both the account holders name and new address listed on it. To do so, scan a copy of your identification onto your computer and attach it in an email to [email protected] for us to review. Please be sure to include your Repeat.gg username in your email as well as your new location to ensure a quick and accurate response.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY GAME ID’S?

Click the drop down menu (or the 3-bar menu on mobile) and go to “My Profile.” There you will find the accounts section where you can add your Game ID for any of our games.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you forgot your password, just click on this link to reset your password from the Account Settings page.

MY CASHIER

HOW DO I DEPOSIT?

Eligible Repeat.gg members can make deposits by going to the cashier on their profile page or simply by accessing the deposit button from the top cashier navigation at any time. Once on that page just choose your deposit method and follow the instructions.

HOW LONG AFTER A TOURNAMENT ENDS WILL I RECEIVE MONEY

If you place in tournaments, the money will show up in your account automatically and within a few hours. Wait 24 hours before emailing [email protected] if you do not see the money.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW?

Eligible Repeat.gg users can request to withdraw funds from their available account balance at any time by accessing going to the cashier page and clicking withdraw. All withdrawal requests have different processing times depending on the method which you want to receive your money. After your withdrawal has been processed you will receive email verification that your request has been processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE WITHDRAWAL?

Typically 1-2 weeks depending on the method of payment and how long it takes for you to respond to the verification team.

I DON’T LIVE IN THE U.S., CAN I STILL DEPOSIT?

Repeat.gg welcomes members from all over the world. All transactions for Repeat.gg are in U.S. dollars. Our payment processors will automatically convert your deposit into U.S. dollars to your native currency, deducting the proper amount from your credit card or PayPal account. WHY IS MY AVAILABLE BALANCE LESS THAN MY ACTUAL BALANCE?

When you send a challenge to another user those funds are moved to “Pending” and can’t be used to compete in another game. Once this challenge is sent you have two options. You can proceed with the game that you have already locked the funds for or you can cancel the posted challenge. Sent challenges can be cancelled from your challenge page.

WHY CAN’T I DEPOSIT?

If you are having some trouble making a deposit, please make sure your account details match those on your credit card or PayPal account that you are attempting to deposit from. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support.

DO YOU ACCEPT PREPAID CREDIT CARDS?

Repeat.gg does accept most types of pre-paid cards. Please make sure the information on the credit card matches the personal information associated with your Repeat.gg account in order for your transactions to be approved.

DO YOU SAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Repeat.gg does not save any of your credit card information. We leave this to the professionals like PayPal and Stripe that have been doing this for billions of transactions and many years.

ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY CHARGES THAT WILL GO ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Under no circumstances will there be a charge to your creditcard or PayPal account without your consent.

HOW DO I ENTER A TOURNAMENT?

After you have created a Repeat account and added your Game ID, all you need to do is click on the tournament you want to join and you will see the “Join Now” button at the top. One tap and you’re entered!

I JUST PLAYED A FEW GAMES BUT MY SCORE IS NOT SHOWING

Our results are updated automatically, and in case it didn’t you can use our Update Results button. If this button doesn’t work please contact our live chat agents and they will assist you as soon as possible or reach out to [email protected]

I PLACED IN A TOURNAMENT BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WINNINGS

Payouts do take some time, so please give it a few days and if you have not received money in your account, email [email protected]

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY WITHDRAWAL TO BE PROCESSED?

Most withdrawals take a minimum of 72 hours to process. Once a check is put in the mail it typically takes 2-4 business days to get to its destination. PayPal withdrawals normally hit your PayPal account within moments of being processed. For withdrawals outside the US, there may be extra delays for the withdrawals to be processed. You can find out more details about each withdrawal method on the withdrawal page for that method.
